Our flexible vinyl film stays flat, converts cleanly, and delivers predictable clarity and hand, which is ideal for printing, packaging, and display applications. Available in finishes like Double Polished Clear, Frosty Matte, and textures like Shallow Suede, Shiny and Dull French Calf, our films also include specialty options such as Bio-Clear PVC for eco-conscious performance and 3-H Clear Vinyl for firm, formable strength.
Expanded unsupported vinyl is a lightweight, RF-weldable, and soft-touch supple material made by expanding (PVC foaming) the backside of the vinyl during production. It’s flexible, easy to handle, and well-suited for items that require both durability and comfort. Despite its flexibility, it maintains excellent scratch resistance and color retention, with embossing and texture options that elevate end-product presentation.
Our supported expanded vinyl combines the same foamed PVC layer with a reinforced fabric backing, Knit back, or Nexus for added stability and strength. With its heavy-duty, laminated structure, it provides better sewability, tear resistance, and long-term performance. Yes. Custom runs are available for specific widths, finishes, embossing, and or formulations, such as UV-resistant, low-temperature, or fire-retardant.. Average production time for custom orders is 12–15 weeks.
